Drez is from the mobile game, AFK Arena.

He is a Durri, which is basically a rodent subrace/tribe of AFK Arena's beastman race. According to the wiki, he's 17 years old. He does look small, but Durri are typically short and small anyway (shortstack). (Did I draw him with a 17 years old in mind? No.)

Durri are typically timid, and all four recruitable Durri characters in game are anomaly among their tribe. Drez in particular had been betrayed and left to fend for himself during a hunt for a dangerous big game. His survival instinct surpassed his fear, and he got out of there alive... with an entirely changed worldview. No trust, and no mercy for the others. He can only rely on himself. It's to kill or to be killed.

But it doesn't stop him from looking cute. Or sounding cute. (His voices sound really good.)

While he's above things like "true love", he'd probably understand "lust". If you clearly have a crush for him, his pragmatic mind can probably comprehend that as simply wanting something from him, for he cannot trust or believe other people anymore-- friends are out of the question, and the idea of a lover is even more outrageous. (But an obsessed creep/sicko who wants to fuck him? That's believable.)

But maybe, just maybe, if you've worked with him long enough, proven yourself to be strong (not needing anyone else either), and have gone out of your way to protect him or keep him safe (even though he doesn't appreciate that)... Perhaps he might admit that, things could have gone differently if you were part of that hunting party, during that hunt that changed him forever. Perhaps he could have believed in love, then...
