You get those holidays where you celebrate while not really still being into the whole religious part of that holiday? That's where I find myself at this time of the year, so why not have Mac in the same place. I'm not subscribing to the "reason for the season", but its a good excuse to party and do things for others.

I don't really know what Chrysalismas would entail. I'm not sure I want to know.
