Every time you exhale under a snake's coils, they use that to squeeze you tighter and tighter.

Snakes can squeeze so tight that inhaling for air is virtually impossible, effectively suffocating their prey.

The Snake Queen relishes the look of her prey as they desperately gasp for air.  They have stopped struggling to break free, and are now focusing on their instinctive need to breathe.

Dumb fact: Contrary to popular belief, actual snakes squeeze their prey to death not by suffocating, but by stopping the flow of blood instead.  A bit disappointing, but still interesting nonetheless.

...Considering this is your average fantasy story with classic tropes, maybe the Snake Queen simply reversed that rule.  Heh...
