What if Ainz asked Crusch for a different service, using her druid magic to 'help the lizardmen flourish' to support him. After a few years of 'work' on herself and the various females of her clan, she's gotten a lot less reserved and VERY good at her new position. Her magic's pretty powerful now, but... it seems to do the opposite of 'helping her move!' She and Zaryusu probably don't mind that, but someone might if they have to set aside a whole continent after moving the booming lizardman population over there!
