Alrighty, so I should explain some context about this character who suspicious look like our Derg :P So basically, During some point in the time, Enskyer's Tail, this Tail here > https://www.weasyl.com/~enskyer/submissions/2247728/tail-alive suddenly, did an UDTF on poor enskyer :P forcing him to be a a tail for now on xD so, this is a dino gal :P not just a regular dragon xD and the tail is named, Te-Te :P She forced the Poor dragon to be a tail forever xD and now, has a life of her own now :P

So for the pic, She thinking/ponder about a certain "Gal" called, Gigi :P one of   Kree's Comics that has her in there. and personally, I like her too >w< so yeah, Ahem so ye, I drew a pic of the gal thinking of her xD oh, and we have a kreecock has well :P
