A phantom thief/kidnapper that uses alien technology. That eyeball moon in the cape/hat is one of them, called Brainwash Dogma. A living hypnotic phenomenon that puts anyone into a suggestible state if they stare long enough at it.

The cape and hat themselves are portals to a private parallel space where he keeps his tools and victims. It's how he hides his big ears.

He likes to kidnap people he desires and makes them star in pornos/lewd photo shoots he later sells.

The last two images are an example of what happens if he gets hit. The suit will try to dissipate the damage in order to make it less impactful. That effect will go off when it's working, inspired by AT fields and Alien Dada.

Will hopefully try to make an out of costume version of him soon =w=.
