Here's the mom of the hyena family, from Shiro Sirius! With pants!
She's he only one of the fam for whom I gave a darker background, but her natural colors are dark enough as it is, I thought it might make the values a little easier to read.

I've read enough by now about other artists fundamentally hating any kind of shading in ref sheets, and I can't blame 'em, so I've completely ditched that. I use the opportunity instead to make the anatomy as solid as it can be, and to make the inking expressive.
