[i]In the town of Primm, the new Sheriff has all the qualities of a good lawman: he's brave, trustworthy, and he's already de-escalated an ugly bar fight with quick wit and humor.

The only small quirk the townspeople have found in their new German Shepherd Sheriff is how strict he is with infractions committed by teenagers and cubs. Most people tend to agree "Boys will be boys", but apparently not this Lawman: petty theft, disturbance of the peace, graffiti and even innocent pranks are punished with severe jailtime.

"It always starts small", the Sheriff always says when he sentences a cub to 30 days in Jail. The parents grumble, but they leave the matter to him: maybe it feels a bit harsh, but the townspeople are all thankful for their newfound safety. Besides, the young boys never serve their full sentence, as the Lawman is willing to let them go early for good behaviour.

If one would look a bit closer, they would see that the Sheriff only imprisons the cubs he likes the most: repeat offenders, who tend to cheerfully walk with him to jail. That "good behaviour" we mentioned is the whole point of the exercise, as the Sheriff uses his time with these young males to give them plenty of the affection they lack at home, lovingly spreading his seed inside his prisoners' very small, but receptive bodies.

As it turns out, no one in Primm loves this new Sheriff more than his stable of young troublemakers.[/i]
