A reworked "unicorn" from Spirit Halloween store. Removed ears, horn, eyes. Realigned the jaw so it functioned more properly and fashioned new ears, horn and added a new mane. It took a lot of work to remake it but I only spent maybe $80 total so I think it was a pretty good deal.
