She'd talked about waiting on a paid techwear commission from another artist for almost three years, which is an unfathomable length of time to me, and thus spurred me to make my first real piece of techwear art. By contrast, mine only took about nine hours over the course of five days. Suffice it to say that the result was well-received and appreciated!
