I seriously debated uploading this at all but its long overdue. I ended up scaling back plans for it multiple times and scrapped a lot of stuff. Even now, there are glaring issues I couldn't work out, especially in the Chopper character. Despite that, I hope people can still enjoy it despite the flaws.
