[COMM] Ref Sheet: Ignacius "Gnarl" Devereaux

Another awesome character for beevstuscemi! This guy was really fun to design, I especially like the lip tear and the prosthetic arm. After an injury it was amputated, and in order to make it something that could lift real weight, a new connective point was made by replacing his shoulder blade with biotech with an outer port for his new arm to pop in.
