I always love biology questions! Short answer something akin to watered down honey. The long answer is that it depends on a lot of factors like diet, frequency of ejaculation, and how long the cum is exposed to open air. Foods that are high in zinc increase semen production, the less frequently you ejaculate; the more time your body has to produce a larger load, and as cum sits in open air it oxidizes and becomes more fluid (that's why it has the consistency of egg whites when it first comes out and then turns into a milky water consistency). Most notably though is that it would make a rather pungent smell. Bear in mind a tablespoon of the stuff is strong enough to smell from a couple feet away. Anything more than a cup of that is making the whole room smell like a jizz factory.
