Moxxie is just as much out of character too. He decides to go along with cheating and doesn't seem the least bit remorseful or regretful about what he did. When Millie kicks him out, he doesn't look despondent or horrified about what he did. He doesn't care about what he did and was more worried about being caught than breaking his love for Millie. This artist seems to have some major vendetta towards Millie and the relationship between her and Moxxie. If someone wanted to have Moxxie with someone else, there are far better ways to do so than this.

At this point I'm just fairly certain jizoku has some kind of hatred for Millie. Most of the characters have been pretty faithful to their original counterparts except for her, or at the very least have followed some form of logic. Loona admitting this was all (mostly) her fault for the divorce for seducing a married man then seducing the wife to turn her own tricks around on her. Blitz might get crazy upset with Moxxie at times, but he always chills fast and turns it into a means to tease him relentlessly. So knowing him, Blitz won't settle with losing his favorite aces and will find some way to get them back even if he as to drag them back by their tails.
