The problem with "app-enabled" toys like these is that the manufacturer all but invariably fails to design the apps securely (assuming they aren't outright making them malicious). The company that knows how to make a sex toy (or any other physical widget, really) can preeeetty much be assumed to be a company clueless about IT.
