That's known as a thigh gap. It's a real thing but not everyone is capable of having it due to anatomical differences. Several years ago there was an obsession with lots of teen girls about having one. It was pushed as a beauty standard by fashion mags and so on. Lots of teen girls desperately tried to lose as much weight as possible so they could gain one, not knowing that not everyone can regardless of your weight. The obsession over it hurt a lot of girls who were starving themselves into malnutrition.
