In a forested area with a clear midday sky, Marmaduke Mouse leans against a tree and wets himself. A cutaway shows a closeup of his soggy diaper from directly underneath him, right between his legs.

Marmaduke quivers, sighs, and blushes as he pees. He looks quite relieved to be wetting himself, the implication being he held it for quite a while.

Marmaduke wears most of what he wears in the comics: his cloth diaper and red gloves. The only things missing are his red shoes (due to his feet not being shown) and the safety pins that hold his diaper up.
