Honestly? giving sort-of "Mega Man" vibes. I dunno, just reminds me of the promo art somehow.

I wanna see more of this human Holiday! She's adorable!
I didn't even consider that when I first started seeing these Human Dess pics, but that would be a big twist. I was thinking maybe Kris just got an artificial SOUL that was built in the Survey, but if there was a second human, that makes the prophecy having already occurred possible too. It's also heavily implied that Darnkers still live and exist even in the light world, just that they cannot communicate with Lightners in the traditional sense.
I don't think Deltarune's using the same concept of DETERMINATION that Undertale did.

It definitely seems a lot of darkners have existed as such for a long time and *someone* with an at-least-decent amount of determination would have had to open those fountains, for example. Also, I'd usually not be into the idea of de-furrying a potential cute furry design, but not only is this game already full of those already but this is a REALLY cute human design, so honestly I'm all for it. Also-also, hi random lil' Lancer in the middle that has nothing to do with the rest of the drawing
Except chapter 4 proves monsters in Deltarune can possess the amount of determination needed to open a fountain.
