It's a funny joke. Still I uploaded it so in case someone want a cleaner version to make a hard sub "with this one":[https://e621.net/posts/5587238] they can have a clean background...but yeah there uncensored version is only available with the Japanese text on it, the "speechless/textless" only censored.
