A sort of concept plan for a scene down the road in the series proper. No, this isn't the Orgy Episode (though that is the most important one), but it is still rather important, the Malagans a shared moment of warmth and intimacy with the Freedom Fighter warrior and defacto symbol of leadership, the otter Thora, in a sort of 'neo-futuristic' equivalent to a sweat lodge, huffing curative herbs and generally basking in the... ahem, traditional Nuwekrag way of bonding. (Er, Thora, you got a little... on your lip there...) To say say nothing of basking in that toned and battle-honed rudder-butt~

And honestly, I feel it was a good way to get back into the swing of things after so long. Being perfectly honest, I haven't been able to draw Eloi and Dalon so easily ever since Eloi's original voice actress, a very dear friend of mine, suddenly passed last year... but I'm back and I know she'd be proud of this work. I always wanted to make this pic but I didn't have the drive until woefully recently even as I picked myself back up life-wise and art-wise alike.
