A kiss in passing, a teasing squeeze, or a lingering embrace—each one met with equal enthusiasm. He had even started returning the gestures, much to my delight.

But tonight, I was going to try something new.

After a quick debrief on our latest mission, I made my way back to my quarters, anticipation coiling in my stomach. I could sense Fox approaching from down the corridor, his presence like a steady pulse in my mind. That was my cue.

Moving with deliberate intent, I stripped away my clothing and climbed onto my bed, positioning myself on all fours. My tail flicked behind me as I turned my head slightly, glancing toward the door. I was fully exposed, my body an open invitation.

Reaching out with my mind, I called to him. Fox… come to me. I have something important to discuss. He had yet to master responding telepathically, but I felt his reaction—curiosity, intrigue, and something darker, something primal. He understood.

His presence grew stronger, the space between us shrinking with every step. Then he was just beyond my door.

I held my position, lowering myself slightly, breath hitching in anticipation. Any moment now, the door would slide open, and I’d finally see the look on his face.

The hunt was over. Now, it was time to play.
