I'm not trying to start trouble for the user shown in this comic, so please do not go ahead and pester them about this.
In regards to the tags I am not sure if ai_generated or ai_generated_media_(subject) should be used. I'm using the latter because ai is being talked about here, but there is actual ai generated content shown as well so I'm not sure. I'll leave that for someone more qualified to figure out.
I don't think I have to tag the "artist" that isn't me on this, but again I'll leave the mods to decide.

my 2 cents on AI art, it's feels unnatural to look at and observe, like the thing that "made" it see what "works" but doesn't understand the how and why behind it
You should feel offended; that user is a prick and does not respect you or your work.

I mean non-AI GalaxyOron inspired art would break the rules in a way? I could understand that if characters are 100% originals any kind of reproduction could be treated as such (even if they're non-AI generated).
In the current climate of ownership rights being stripped, piracy is nigh a moral necessity. This, on the other hand, is being a prick. There should be far greater efforts of the law to put generative systems in the ground, as they are not useful as tools, they are only useful as a means of extracting labour value without the immediate cost of said labour value.
yeah even though people dont have permission to use their art, it using the users images towards the model so its look similiar to that model, you can ask him to take down the model or tell civitai support team to shut it down, honestly even thought artist hates it, most of them doesnt do anything.
I still don't get why this type of "art" is not legally treated as piracy.
