Been wanting a corgi character for a while now and i thought i'd mix that and one of my favorite pokemon together for the character. Introducing Quincy~ he's a gentle sweet dad aged yamper teacher that's willing to help any of his students learn more. So willing, that he can be teased and played with a bit by his mostly bigger students.
