Basically once you put the mask on, you get possessed by and transform into the demon inside
Your hair turns long and near pitch black, your skin turns an unnatural tanned tone, your body becomes more muscular and masculine, and you grow a pair of black wings and a demon tail. You also grow bigger and taller so you say goodbye to whatever clothes you were wearing if they aren't big enough to accommodate your new size. Oh you also grow claws, can't forget about the claws.

I might make a full transformation comic on how it works later on.
