With the naughty nozzle fully filled with that fwhoompy gas, all it takes is one thorough squeezing from the teasing toy to shunt it into the rest of the helpless balloon it's connected to, and let it begin to finally start fissioning out into that much more filling, stable form~ I do hope that Tavi was keeping track of how much she'd put in there, though...
