I presume that the Polish girl does have many foreign contacts, of the male and female kind, spreaded across all continents and whenever she does require a help of one, she does makes it worth their time, by repaying them with with cash, goods or "services".
It's all good... as long as Ksi doesn't catch her providing "services" a bit too often~
