He is the winner of a YCH I posted before the outbreak distracted me.
As punishment for winning this auction he is sentenced to an undefined amount of time in one of my asylum cells. A little quiet time will do him some good.
And if he moans or grumbles too loud? Well...I thought ahead and stuck him with a shock collar mod to his jacket. Any misbehaving will result in corrective action.

He will get along here quite well. Another addition to my collection of ecstatic patients.
