This takes place after the death of Annie but just before Shannon adopts Reba. Anyway, Shannon goes to Shadow's house, him being married to Rouge and had a child. Shannon asks him to kill her because she claims to have nothing left to live for. Still grieving the death of her dog and is still unmarried in her 30s and says she just wants to die. Shadow denied her request and punches her in the face but then hugs her as she cries. This goes on for a good 5 mins as Shadow tells Shannon to live out her life and just before Shannon leaves, she tells him that if she ever finds the love of her life, she hopes that he is like Shadow.
