A horrible union of flesh and steel, created by a robot learning organic surgery and how to improve upon it.

This creature was once human. But now it is different, despite the same human core. Its limbs were hacked off, replaced with cybernetics, tipped with long, sharp blades. Its brain was relocated, its head removed, and replaced with a terrible metal maw. A turret was welded on its back, serving as deadly force. Steel grafted, flesh scarred, mind thoroughly broken and reshaped to be the perfect ambush predator...

Its humanity is gone, or at the very least, trapped deep inside. It seems much happier with its new form and new bestial instincts, anyways. (Did it want this? Did it ask for this?) It can now be found stalking the halls of the facility, the only sounds you might hear before it pounces the soft taps of metal points on the ground, and the quiet whirring of servos. Beware its blades, and beware its bite, for it needs fuel, and it wants flesh...

This is a creature that came to me in a dream. Yes, I was this creature. Yes, I killed people. Yes, it gave me a rush of species euphoria I am chasing to this day. Anyways, say hello to Experiment 532, my horrible creation! Many thanks to seregore for this wonderful ref!
