The clothes are literally just the shirt's sleeves and a barely-functioning shorts... That is it! There ain't no way in hell I'm covering up that hot bod of his! Deal with it! >:3
The gear however, is more interesting. I have based this hoverwheel around the Tediore brand from the Borderlands series, they're all blocky and cyberpunky and I felt it worked well enough. The gimmick though is the ability to switch from using regular fuel to rings in order to power the gear. Basically you can change to a weaker Super Sonic mid-race whenever you want. uwu
