The local shopping mall has a daycare, right up by the movie theater in one of the many used-to-be storefronts from when malls were popular.

The mall may be dying, but the theater is thriving and busy parents drop their cubs off while they go enjoy a film.

Maybe they should have taken more heed to the fact that the store is understaffed, and overcrowded with cubs of all ages.
