After over a year of being treated as an infant, Jordan finally took his first steps since becoming a baby again! The thick diaper made it difficult & the spiked booties made it very uncomfortable. But with a hand on her crib, she was able to power through it all & walk to the changing mat.

Mommy was so proud of her little princess! It was such a special moment that Mommy had to take a picture of the event for her little princess's baby book!

That said, her words were supposed to reinforce that Jordan is still just a baby. And that babies don't ask for diaper changes. That's something for Mommy to worry about. Not her little soggy princess! So even as she praised Jordan for her accomplishment, Mommy thought about what she was going to do.

Well, maybe her little princess can grow up just a little bit. Just from an infant to a baby. Though that's still too young for her to walk around unsupervised. So Mommy will be changing out those booties for one with bigger spikes and slippery soles. Mommy wants to make sure her precious little baby stays one for as long as possible. She might one day graduate to a toddler, but Mommy will make sure that she never becomes a big girl. <3
