The story behind this drawing is that Renamon wanders into an abandoned lab facility out of curiosity. Unfortunately, the lab is full of facehuggers and xenomorphs, and one of the facehuggers latches onto Rena's face. Rena is quickly impregnated, and her belly balloons in size. Deep, ominous gurgles emit from her now bloated gut, and the squirmy brood inside her kicks the walls of her belly relentlessly, threatening to break free.
