Haven't drawn my Rough Collie girl for a while and here she is. Funny, after playing Azur Lane so much, I pretty much associated HMS Belfast's voice to Cordelia because Horie Yui's voice is so lovely as Belfast.

I took a few cues from teranen's take on Cordelia and I really liked the way she drew Cordelia.

The drawing was referenced from a photo as I am not so good at come up with poses and surrounding on my own no more.
