This is a fun design idea for Volta. An Alternate universe version of Volta with a primarily muscular design. Additionally she has her evolution behind her, with her Divine Thunderstone to allow her to temporarily evolve into what she calls "Super Volta". She looks surprisingly good with a muscular stature.
