I don't have something ready for Paw Day 2025, so have a WIP of an upcoming drawing. I wanted to draw something with my Chinese dragon Yan jumping up showing off his feeties, and did this sketch off the top of my head at FC earlier this year on my new iPad. And then for several months, I did nothing with it, unsure if it looked any good. And then in May, there was a week I got sick and had to stay home for a few days. Just to amuse me, I decided to revisit this drawing and filmed myself jumping off a staircase to get some mid-air photo refs I could use. And what a difference it made! I then did an updated sketch and it's a surprise what photo refs can do for you! Dunno when I'll get this drawing all colored, but I hope you all enjoy this little preview, and have a nice Paw Day!
