When Jirachi’s true eye opens, all suppressed corruption is unleashed. The Pokemon’s genitals grow excessively in size, and the poor Pokemon’s little body is racked with an unbearable need for release. Due to their pure heart, they will attempt to resist the feeling, but 1000 years of suppressed corruption coming on all at once is too much even for a mythical Pokemon. In most cases, they will enter a total trance and seek to relieve all their built-up arousal over the course of 7 days. Jirachi will typically grant a wish to those that helped relieve its desire (whether they had any choice in the matter or not).

Just went through all of them over the past few hours maybe. So, the "Lewd Pokéworld" is it? I assume some kind of corruption befell this world at some point in history and made everything sex-based, and instead of Pokémon preying on each other for food, it's instead Pokémon "preying" on each other for sexual energy, fluids, just straight up satisfaction, and other stuff? From reading the descriptions, for example Gorebyss(compared to its canon Pokédex entries), I assume this means that all sustenance in the world isn't the Pokémon themselves anymore, or at the very least food's not as "important" as sexual matters? Man, the Lewd PokéLore is crazy, but it's [i]my[/i] kinda crazy.
