I know @Lolimasu Modern Shizuka for me is more cuter. Although there are bathing scenes in the 2005 anime, they are more censored. At most, they only show Shizuka in the bathtub, but her body is censored by water or soap bubbles, and it only shown her bare shoulders or bare legs or feet. But there were rare occasions where more of her naked body was shown in these episodes: the first episode (The Fishing Pond in my Study Room) and episode 118 ( Water Processing Sprinkle) where it shown her bare hips, in episode 367 (Transform, Transform and Transform Again) they shows a little her butt and in the 2013 movie (Doraemon: Nobitas Holmes and the Secret Gadget Museum) where they shows Shizuka's bare butt in all it's naked glory with no censorship where her clothing was sucked by a vacuum cleaner

Unfortunately, The japanese television regulations in the Late 90s were already beginning to prohibit showing scenes of nudity of child characters (specially little girls) in an erotic or perverted context, so Shizuka's beautiful and soft butt couldn't be shown in the episode.
The animators for Doraemon couldn't resist the opportunity to draw Shizuka's beautiful naked body and perfect little ass, even if it didn't end up on screen.
