Friends they may be, sometimes Sharon's energy and enthusiasm can be a bit more than the timid and reserved Melee bargained for. At least, that's how it was during their younger years, anyway... I wonder what Sharon's so excited about that she insists on dragging Melee along? And I wonder why Melee himself isn't looking especially thrilled about it? Maybe Sharon grabbed his hand by surprise and it took him off guard? Who knows?

Yes, around 2017-2018, I started trying to commission artists to draw these two together instead of in separate pictures. I figured if the of them are friends, I should try showing them off together and interacting with each other... not much point in saying they're friends if they're never seen together, after all. "Show, don't tell," as they say. I hope to commission more artists to draw them together in the future!
