I hadn't planned on turning this into a small series but that's what ended up happening. It is only these three parts though. This is the only one with a story attached to it but you can consider the other two to be the setup for this one:) Soo what do you think, will Cosmo finally get that kiss?

Story

Bruno:

He's been dying to kiss you all day. You've had the urge too and you can't deny that Cosmo! Even when you had the chance you didn't take it though... why?

Tails:

Through the socks and tape shoved in and over his mouth. Ogn Chhmmmm ogn...

Bruno:

Pushing the dangling Tails away. Shuussh. You'll get you chance to speak soon. Everyone knows you two have LOTS to talk about.

Cosmo's eyes slowly raise up to the waiting Bruno. He'd been right she loved him both before the incident and even now. Her body had grown back remarkably quickly much to her surprise. It'd only been a few short years until she was back to her old self again allbeit with the total loss of her adult form for the time being at least. In that time she'd made lots of new friends and gained many new interests. She'd even been lucky enough to link up with her former lover again although the two had decided to take things a little more slowly this time round.

Bruno:

Tails:

Sighs in embarrassment

Cosmo:

She cuts him off, her cheeks glowing a beat red as she does so. You're right! We lov-, it's just she pauses to compose herself before starting again. It's kinda embarrassing... I don't wanna give the the first away that easily... well it's not technically the first with him but...

Bruno:

Hahaaha I had a feeling it was shyness that was stopping you two. It's just like the time I walked in on you practicing you new kink. I didn't freak out when I saw you now did I?

Cosmo:

I remember you encouraged me to explore my options and even gave me pointers. What's that got to do with this though?

Bruno:

Well look at you now! I bet your comfortable in that chair. Coaxing you into position today wasn't even that hard and there wasn't even a hint of shyness anywhere. Her eyes drifting to the dangling Tails as she catches him in the act of blushing too full knowing that Bruno's right. Now that you mention it he has been particularly eager today... Maybe I should have...

Bruno:

You still want him to strike first, and not accidentally like the first time either.

Bruno:

Cutting her off Do you really think you're the only one that's been talking to me about this. Although in his case the spent three days in a hogtie to prove his dedication. He just doesn't know how to address the topic. Which is another thing the both of you share in common. Which brings us to tonight... You sat there and watched me tie him up like that in silence. His gag gives him a good excuse but what's yours?

Cosmo:

I was trying to figure out what you're planning. I still am in fact.

Bruno:

Haha that's not all now is it? I saw the look of guilty pleasure creep over your face as you saw him getting tied up too. Honestly I really just wanted to make you both aware of each other's feelings and all of the egging on I've had to give both of you over the past while now. For a smart pair like yourselves I didn't think it'd have to come down to something like this but it's been fun to set up if I'm honest haha. I guess I'll call this one a bind date haha.

The three share a short laugh at this before the room falls silent. Tails and Cosmo give each other knowing stares. Her smile widens at the thought of spending time with him now that the secret is out and from underneath his gag she believes that he feels the same way. Cosmo finally perks up as she focuses on Bruno once more.

Cosmo:

Sooo why gag him then? I mean if you want us to talk about it then doesn't that just make things harder for us?

Bruno:

To put it simply, I'm only here as a guide to the two of you in what's ultimately a very private thing. By gagging him I stop you two from going on about it with me around. If you two wanna give me the highlights later that's up to yourselves. I fully plan on removing it before I leave you two for the night.

Cosmo:

That....makes alot of sense and by tying both of us you ensure neither of us can escape the topic.

Bruno:

Well that and I wanted to pose the question. Would you let him kiss you? Has he earned that in your eyes?

Cosmo:

The questions catch her off guard. Her eyes dart to Tails who seems to perk up at the questions O-Oh Umm well ummm I-I-I mean she squeaks out yeah... It felt good to admit it finally so she soon perks up with a more confident "Yes!" as she chokes back tears of joy.

Bruno:

He lets out an excited giggle before turning to Tails and resting his hand on the tape of the gag preparing to pull it off. Well buddy here's your chance. Show her your dedication.

Cosmo:

But with him tied like that how?

Bruno:

You like watching him work. You've told me that more times than I can count. Well tonight he's gonna work to earn the right to kiss you. His job? To figure out how to swing like a pendulum and reach you. He's a smart man I'm sure he'll figure something out pretty quick. All you have to do is accept it. So will you?

Cosmo:

Hahaha Yes!

Bruno:

Removing Tails's gag Then my work here is done. I'll leave you two lovebirds to hang for the night but I'll be back in the morning. Without giving either of them much time to speak he bolts for the door As he moves to the other side of it he gives the pair one final nod as he shouts "Good luck" before letting the door close.
