Sometimes, you know it's just gonna be one of [i]those[/i] days on the set...  But, that's the risk an actress takes when she does her own stunts!

(But don't worry; she's fine.  She's a professional, and it's not like it's the first unexpected tumble she's taken while filming!  She'll be up and ready for the reshoot in ten minutes.  The director's gonna be pissed at the F/X crew for making the day's filming go into overtime, though...)
