Rupert Bear's mermaid friends Marina and Finian in human form.

I figured King Neptune was curious about the bear hero's hometown of Nutwood and decided to make these two human so he could learn more about the little village and its residents.  I wonder if Rupert's other human friend Tiger Lily will become jealous after seeing Marina?
