So, do you guys know Cosmic Fantasy?

As Wiki says, It is a series of role-playing video games created by manga artist Kazuhiro Ochi, published by Telenet, and developed by subsidiary LaserSoft from 1990 to 1994. It consists of four games (the last one being split into two installments) for the PC Engine CD console.

It's quite an underground series today, but if you want more information about it, I have great news! GTV Japan, one of my favorite YouTubers, did videos talking about the games and even summarizing the plot of each game and the manga too! I can't recommend it enough for fans of old jrpgs or cute cat characters!

As a good jrpg of its time, the series has its own kemono. Which includes the greedy merchant cat Nyan, his very smart son Pico and the loudmouth robotic motorcycle (?) Marley! They're all cute and the games seem to have more kemono in them~

There is a reason why I'm talking about them now, though. Some time ago, Cosmic Fantasy Collection was released for Switch! Despite the name, it only contains CF 1 and 2, and sadly, at this time, it was only released in Japan.

Recently though they announced a new one! It has the other two games (3 and 4) but so far, just like the first Collection...only in Japan. And only for Nintendo Switch! But who knows? Maybe if they sell a lot of those they will release the games outside of Japan and on more platforms too!
