Ookami (The Rubber Wolf) is the owner of TRW Industries, a large, nebulously structured heavy industry company that specialises in TF products (and TF'd products), hypnosis methods, and contractual services. Ookami himself is cheeky, fairly goofy, but world weary. He doesn't have any time for mean-ness (unless it's for teasing purposes) and treats all his products, drones, and staff with care, even if that does involve the odd TF-related experiment or punishment. Outwardly, Ookami might seem in control and dommy, but is easily flustered and submissive once pressed.

Physically, Ookami is made completely of rubber. His body shares the same general densities that an organic creature would have (soft rubber in the butt, and internal organs etc, but extremely hard rubber where bones would be, though impossible to break due it being rubber). However, when flustered or heated to a high temperature, Ookami's form will become malleable and easy to shape. It is not possible to fully melt Ookami through anything other than chemical intervention. Similarly, extreme cold will harden Ookami to the point where he is unable to move. Ookami is without blood or technically needing to breath, but still chooses to breath, usually to sigh at how ridiculous his drones and products can be.
