It's been that way for quite a while, for ease of searchability. I had the same reaction at first, but it kinda makes sense! Like, [[charizard]] is the tag for the regular Charizard design, [[mega_charizard_x]] is the tag for this charizard design, and if you're looking for an image that contains BOTH a regular Charizard and a Mega Charizard X, you can search +charizard +mega_charizard_x
