Most of you know the kind of work I write. This one is a bit more extreme than usual.  However, this got me out of an intense creative burnout in a frantic writing session across the last few days. I can't explain it. I just started writing and before I realized it, I had 18 pages.

It's a bit of an erotic mix of Beyond the Horizon, Dune, All Tomorrows, and The Windup Girl. It does not go nearly as intense as some of these. But their DNA is woven into this story all the same.
