I made these from The Geeky Chef cookbook. I messed with the uniform food coloring because I didn't add it in before I put flour in the mixture, so I tried to incorporate it into the dough and this was the result. But on the bright side, I finally learned how to get the active dry yeast to work perfectly! With the microwave broken, I had to eat up the water and then use the candy thermometer to check for the heat to drop to the right temperature before putting it on the yeast.
As for the custard, I was using cut-up strawberries for it, but I'm not sure if that how it was supposed to look, because a certain someone wanted to use the kitchen and the custard might've been overcooled before I could cut and put strawberries in it to mix in the next day. Now there was one of strawberry bits inside that bottom poffin I ate, but it left a hole in the poffin after I ate it through my first bite.
The bottom image was sharpened on photoshop, because the pic turned out to be a bit blurry. Anyway, the taste was alright.
