Who are these mysterious characters? to whom belong to? do I even allowed to publish them here? I'm not sure but my client say so so here you go.

Both characters belong to: [url=https://www.furaffinity.net/user/furfragged]~furfragged[/url] and according to my client he allows fanart fo their characetrs... (I would still draw them even if he doesn't allow it simply I wouldn't published here ;D)
