(Art by Dayanara and adopted by me. Though the original title of this was ‘mouse adopt’, I noticed how she looked more like a hybrid of mouse and rabbit. I found that to be quite a nice character concept, so she was adopted by yours truly!

[b]Bio:[/b] “Living in Wreckagia isn’t easy, given that it’s ruled over by a tyrannical bird monster who prizes her own affluence and lust for power over the needs of her own citizens. Things only got worse when Skelelord showed up and turned the place into an even bigger madhouse. For those in bad living situations in that city, things are even rougher. Just ask Miriam.

Having grown up with severe self-esteem issues, she was elated to find somebody who desired her. That ‘husband’ proved to be a total jerk who leeched off her family fortune while she did pretty much all the work. Once their daughter, Isabelle, was born, she would continue doing all she can to provide a better future for her bat-bundle of joy than her own parents cared to give.

Eventually, her husband became a deadbeat, fleeing as soon as money dried up, leaving Miriam to raise Isabelle by herself and mostly homeschool her. Despite the grim circumstances, the apartment they had was still a home and Isabelle was certainly given a great deal of warmth from her mother, which did provide Miriam with joy.

This lasted for many years until Rocca fully took over, rent going so high that it became impossible to handle. It was only through her trying to find food outside of Wreckagia’s city limits did she find the Taurusa farm, the hybrid anthro eventually settling there after spending the last of her money on making sure Isabelle could go to college.

While welcomed by Tatiana with open arms, the farm matriarch has not taken kindly to how Miriam has proposed ways to spread word of the farm through social media. An idea given to her by Isabelle. Currently, she’s doing all she can to repay the kindness of the one who took her in, as well as ensure her daughter still has a future, despite all that’s happening.

She and Alejandra tend to bond quite a bit over their troubles, both being single mothers. There are also signs that she and Mariana might be getting closer, as the latter finds her to be not only very sweet, but also quite attractive. Given her last experience with love, Miriam is more cautious than ever, though it’s possible the walls she put up might melt away when she realizes Mariana is NOTHING like her deadbeat ex.”
