This is Hex's dad, Ronny Hexadecimal. I actually drew him once before! He plays the guitar in a band made up of fellow dads (including Nina's!), playing retro tunes from when they were younger. Like Zephyr, he has an incestuous relationship with Hex. (Outside of canon of course.)
